Orders and Payments

1. Product Orders: By placing an order for our products, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
2. Proposals: For both sales and subscriptions, our Sales team will provide a detailed proposal outlining specific payment terms and conditions before any agreement is signed.
3. Payments: Payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the proposal. Payments for products and subscriptions are processed through our designated payment processors (e.g., Stripe). You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
4. Subscription Services: If you subscribe to our phone booths, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. We always provide ongoing support and maintenance for subscribed products.
5. Sales: When you purchase our phone booths, they come with a 2-year warranty. After the warranty period, maintenance support is available upon request and will be budgeted accordingly.

Delivery and Lead Time

We aim to deliver products within the estimated lead time specified in the proposal. However, delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

1. Subscription: We always provide ongoing support and maintenance for subscribed products.
2. Selling: Our products come with a 2-year warranty. After the warranty period, maintenance support is available upon request and will be budgeted accordingly.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials on our website and products are the intellectual property of Offcoustic. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offcoustic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claims relating to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Offcoustic harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
